Salary: £51,000 - £52,122 + Pension + Overtime

DAYS BASED – Monday to Friday

Key Skills

* Apprentice Trained Engineer

* Good knowledge of general building practices and experience in site services

* Experience running a team and working to KPI's

The Role

You will be responsible for running the site service team who are responsible for conducting building maintenance, electrical installation and plant services equipment repairs.

Conducting routine plant services, as well as preventative maintenance on refrigeration, legionella testing and air compressors.

Ideally you will hold a formal engineering qualification with good hands on experience and some Supervisory experience.
