Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for an experienced Painter and Decorator to join Derby Homes on an initial 2 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Duties

* Internal and external decoration of individual dwellings

* Decoration of communal areas within schemes

* Painting to external areas

* Painting and decoration of voids

Requirements:

* City & Guild painting qualification or NVQ level 2/3 painting & decorating qualification.

* UK Drivers Licence and access to own vehicle
