A local authority in the Midlands is looking for an experienced Housing Reviews Officer for an initial 6-month contract, with a strong likelihood of extension due to an ongoing restructure.

You must have experience conducting statutory reviews under s202 of the Housing Act 1996 within a local authority setting. Experience using Locata is desirable but not essential.

The role requires office attendance once every two weeks for team meetings. This position offers a competitive rate, dependent on experience.
