Cover Supervisor – Loughborough & Surrounding Areas

GSL Education is seeking dedicated Cover Supervisors to work in secondary schools across Loughborough and surrounding areas. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals considering a career in teaching or those with experience working with young people in a school, sports coaching, or tutoring setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver pre-prepared lessons and ensure a positive learning environment.
Manage classroom behaviour effectively following school policies.
Support students in their learning and encourage engagement.
Provide feedback to teaching staff on lesson progress.

Requirements:

Graduate-level education (preferred).
Right to work in the UK.
An enhanced DBS on the update service or be willing to get one. 
Some experience working with young people in a formal or informal setting.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Confidence in leading a classroom and maintaining discipline.
A genuine passion for education and student development.
