My client is currently seeking an enthusiastic Recycling Advisor to be part of its Safety, Health, Environment and Quality team, responsible for delivering small to medium behavioural change projects, education, and awareness campaigns across the locality, and supporting the environmental development of operational services in the Company. The role is based at their Weston super Mare Offices but will require frequent travel across the North Somerset area for which a business-use only vehicle will be provided.

The ideal candidate will have:

A passion and enthusiasm about environmental issues

Demonstrable experience within an educational, environmental, or communications-based role; successfully influencing outcomes.

Excellent communication and inter-personal skills inc. presentation delivery

*

Negotiation skills and the ability to persuade a wide range of audiences in changing behaviours to benefit both best value and environmental performance.

*

An aptitude for research, collection of data and action planning

*

Experience of producing and analysing reports specifically utilising MS Excel

*

A full driving licence and flexible working approach
