HR Advisor
5 Feast Field, Horsforth, LS18 4TJ - Office, home and site working
* Full time, Monday – Friday (9am- 5pm, 35 hours per week)
* Permanent position
* £30,000 - £35,000 per annum dependent on qualifications and experience
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification required

The Role
As an HR Advisor, you’ll provide creative and compliant HR support to a wide variety of clients. You’ll work closely with our consultancy team to deliver fantastic client service!
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide generalist HR advice and policy support across the employee lifecycle
* Engage in project work, employee engagement, and employee relations
* Support recruitment and selection processes
* Deliver client learning & development sessions
* Utilise HR systems (preferred partner: Breathe) to support clients
* Monitor and update HR policies and procedures in line with employment law
* Drive business performance in alignment with our mission: "Growing Businesses with People"
* Support the continuous improvement of HR systems and practices

About You:
We are looking for an HR professional who is confident and organised. You will have:
* Previous experience as an HR Advisor, ideally in a generalist HR role
* CIPD Level 3 or 5 qualification
* Strong communication skills and confidence when engaging with stakeholders
* A positive attitude and hard-working mentality
* Excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
* Strong analytical skills with keen attention to detail
* The ability to work independently as a self-starter
* Eagerness for continuous professional development
