A well-established regional Property Consultancy, known for its dynamic and highly regarded Quantity Surveying team, is actively seeking a Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their growing Manchester office.

The Quantity Surveyors' role

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will:

Deliver full pre- and post-contract Quantity Surveying services
Act as Employer's Agent on select schemes
Assist in the resolution of disputes and claims
Oversee a diverse portfolio of projects across healthcare, education and residential sectorsStrong Career Progression: Clear pathways to Associate level and beyond, supported by a proactive leadership team.

The Quantity Surveyor

Degree in Quantity Surveying, RICS accredited
MRICS or actively working towards
UK based Consultancy experience is a MUST
Strong pre & post contract experience
Confident managing projects to completion
