In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing site operations, ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. Your expertise will be vital in coordinating teams, managing subcontractors, and ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations. Proven experience as a Site Manager within the construction industry.

Strong understanding of construction processes, methods, and safety regulations.

Excellent leadership and team management skills.

Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

A relevant qualification such as a degree in construction management or a related field is preferred.

In return for your hard work and dedication, our client offers a competitive salary ranging from £45,000 to £50,000, accompanied by a car allowance and pension package.
