Waste Station Manager/Site Manager/ Lead Chemist
 
My client is a global business who have several sites across the UK, the role will be based in the Leicestershire area
 
This role will suit a Site Chemist who wants to step up and challenge themselves, or a technically minded Operational lead.
You need to understand the products on-site, as this is a Hazardous waste facility so having that technical knowledge is a must.  
 
You will be accountable for the Safety, Operations, and Finance side of the business
This will be hands-on – leading by example.
It’s a small site (c.20 people) but the business allows for growth and positively promotes from within
Adhering to UK regulations, site visits from the Environmental Agency, and liaising with the HSE.

The salary is c£45,000
