Our client is an established organisation recruiting for a dedicated and experienced Technical Support Coordinator to join their team based in Leeds.

Your role will focus on delivering exceptional customer service, offering technical support and knowledge to a wide customer base.

About the role:

Providing excellent customer service via phone and email, always ensuring customer satisfaction.
Offering troubleshooting and technical assistance over the phone to resolve queries on site.
Generating detailed quotes and technical drawings with a high level of accuracy
Managing orders with overseas suppliers and coordinating with customers to ensure timely delivery.
Converting quotes into orders by reaching out to customers and generating new leads by phone. About you

Proven experience in a technical role.
Excellent administration knowledge and experience
Confident, friendly with excellent communication skills
Ability to learn new products quickly and be technically minded. If you have a passion for customer service and technical support, we'd love to hear from you!
