Job Role: Healthcare Assistant/ Support Worker
Location: Spalding/ Long Sutton/ Holbeach - Lincolnshire
Working period: Ad-hoc basis
Working Hours: 16:00 – 21:30 weekdays

About the Role:

Are you a compassionate and dedicated individual looking to make a real difference in people’s lives? We are seeking a Healthcare Assistant to join our team in Spalding, Long Sutton and Holbeach. In this role, you will provide essential support to patients and assist healthcare professionals in delivering high-quality care.

Key Responsibilities:

* Assisting patients with personal care, including washing, dressing, and mobility

* Supporting patients with meals and hydration

* Monitoring patients’ conditions and reporting changes to healthcare staff

* Providing emotional support and companionship

* Ensuring a clean and safe environment for patients

* Assisting with medical procedures under supervision

What We Are Looking For:

* Previous experience as a Healthcare Assistant (preferred but not essential)

* A caring and empathetic nature with a passion for helping others

* Good communication and teamwork skills

* Ability to work under pressure in a fastpaced environment

* A willingness to learn and develop within the role
