Project Manager - Football Stadium

A long-established private investment company require a Project Manager to help deliver the construction and fit of a Football stadium in Essex.

The project is a JCT design and build with steel frame and masonry construction. The stadium will require a full fit out of changing rooms, entertainment and bar areas, food outlets and storage. It is due for completion before the start of the 2025-26 season, and has an approximate build cost of £10m.

Experience & Qualifications required:
• Comprehensive design knowledge
• Able to demonstrate recent experience of taking project from start to practical completion
• Experience on steel frame projects such as stadiums, industrial or warehouse would be welcome
• SMSTS / CSCS - Black Card) / 1st aid
• Professional & Client Facing
• Programming with recognised software

Typical responsibilities will include:
• Attending pre-start meetings and making sure the project is delivered on time, on budget and to a very high standard of finish.
• Overseeing design co-ordination with sub-contractors, designers and engineers. Supervision and direction of the subcontractors
• Health & Safety control
• Collaborating with Architects and Designers Working Drawings, Client Approvals
• Check and sign off all RAMS

This site-based role will suit a Project Manager, Contracts Manager or Senior Site Manager who enjoys a full hands-on responsibility and would like to bring a something very special to the local community
