The Role:

As a Training Instructor, you will be responsible for delivering training sessions to the highest standards.

* Ensuring Health, Safety and Welfare of all course delegates and colleagues

* Adapting instructional methods to meet diverse learner needs

* Completing and returning course paperwork accurately and promptly

* Contributing to the quality and development of training course content

* Managing and deploying Personal Fall Protection Equipment (PFPE)

* Representing the company at various professional events

* Developing risk assessments and ensuring health & safety measures

* Travelling to client venues to deliver courses effectively

The Candidate:

The ideal Training Instructor will possess the following qualifications and skills.

* Previous experience in adult vocational training

* Nationally regulated vocational training qualifications

* Certification in working at height, rescue, and confined spaces

* Competent Person for the Inspection of PFPE

* First aid certification

* Physically fit and able to work at height and in confined spaces

* Strong communication skills and ability to motivate delegates

* Proficient in basic IT functions

* Full driving licence
