As part of their continued expansion, they are looking for an experienced Planner to join their team.
Your new role
Our client is seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Planner to support the successful delivery of high-rise residential projects in Liverpool. You will play a key role in project planning, scheduling, and coordination, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex developments with a forward-thinking company.
Responsibilities will include:
Developing and managing project schedules for high-rise residential developments.
Liaising with project teams, subcontractors, and stakeholders to ensure smooth project delivery.
Monitoring project progress, identifying risks, and implementing mitigation strategies.
Preparing detailed reports and programme updates for senior management.
Supporting the project team with planning best practices and ensuring compliance with company policies.
Conducting critical path analysis and ensuring efficient project sequencing.
Utilising planning software to manage project timelines effectively.
What you will need to succeed:
Proven experience as a Planner within the construction sector, preferably in high-rise residential projects.
Degree or relevant qualification in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
Strong knowledge of construction planning techniques and software (Primavera P6, Asta Powerproject, or similar).
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work collaboratively with project teams and stakeholders.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
