Are you an experienced QS looking to take the next step in your career? We are seeking a dynamic professional to join a growing team in the West Midlands.

The Role: You will manage all commercial aspects within your region, ensuring strong financial performance and maintaining key relationships. Reporting to the Commercial Manager, you will drive commercial awareness throughout project delivery while collaborating with operations, finance, and design teams.

Key Responsibilities:

Producing weekly and monthly cost/value reconciliations
Liaising with clients to negotiate and agree on variations and scope changes
Monitoring commercial performance and implementing improvement strategies
Preparing client valuations, managing disputes, and finalising accounts
Managing client debt and fostering strong relationships What We’re Looking For:

QS experience within the utilities sector
Strong cost value reconciliation and financial reporting skills
Ability to build and maintain client relationships
Proficiency in Excel and contract management
Full UK driving licence What’s on Offer?
