The Role
An opportunity for a Warehouse & Facilities Coordinator to steer our global warehouse operations and keep our facilities running like a well-oiled machine. If you thrive on variety, love rolling up your sleeves, and enjoy an environment where no two days are the same, this is a role for you!
What You’ll Be Doing
Warehouse Operations: Manage stock across multiple locations, carry out regular inventory checks, and ensure the Warehouse Management System (WMS) runs smoothly and efficiently.
Logistics Coordination: Oversee UK and international shipping with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring timely and accurate deliveries.
Health & Safety Compliance: Take charge of Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) protocols—check audits, address compliance issues, and maintain a safe and legally sound workplace.
Facilities Management: Oversee maintenance problems, liaise with vendors, and ensure the facilities remain efficient, sustainable, and fit for purpose. What You Bring to the Table
