Role: Senior Civil Engineer

Location: Northamptonshire

Rise10 are working with a market leading Engineering and Surveying company based in Northamptonshire, who are looking to appoint a Senior Civil Engineer.

Duties:

* Writing drainage strategies and verification reports.

* Train and manage graduate and project civil engineers.

* Produce technical drawings using AutoCad.

* Attend meetings with clients, consultants and contractors.

* Liaise with local authority planning departments and lead local flood authorities.

Skills and Experience:

* Have a Civil Engineering qualification, with a minimum of 6 years experience.

* Experienced in the design of below ground foul and surface water drainage systems.

* AutoCad experience.

* Detailed knowledge of SuDS and flood risk assessments.

* Familiarity with MicroDrainage or InfoDrainage.

* Knowledge of 3D civil design software (desirable).

* Familiarity with highways design and how it interacts with drainage design.

* Managing deadlines and organising own schedule.

* Team player.
