Walker & Sloan is recruiting an Assistant Site Manager for the residential division of a well-regarded contractor working on a medium-sized development in Exeter. This role offers a fantastic opportunity to gain experience and progress in residential construction management.

In this position, you’ll support the Site Manager in daily site operations, help coordinate subcontractors, monitor quality and safety standards, and manage logistics to ensure smooth project flow. You’ll also play a key role in maintaining effective communication between on-site and office-based teams, contributing to a positive work environment and successful project outcomes.

This role is ideal for a candidate with previous experience as an Assistant Site Manager or similar role, who is ready to step up in a dynamic residential development setting. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills are key, along with a good understanding of construction processes and safety regulations.
