Salary: up to £25,000 + Comms

As part of our expansion, we’re looking for motivated individuals to join our team as Trainee Recruitment Consultants, with no prior recruitment experience needed!

What You'll Be Doing:

-Sourcing and screening candidates through job boards, LinkedIn, and referrals
-Building relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs
-Managing the recruitment process from interview to placement
-Writing and posting engaging job adverts
-Hitting targets and earning commission in a supportive, high-energy team

✔ Strong communication and interpersonal skills
✔ Resilience, determination, and a willingness to learn
✔ Sales or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)
