Customer Service Representative, Haltwhistle
Salary up to £26,000 per annum, excellent benefits
Our client is a market-leading global manufacturing organisation based in Haltwhistle and they seek a competent customer service administrator to join their busy sales and service department. The successful candidate will act as key point of contact for customer enquiries across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
* Act as key contact for Customer Accounts and their queries
* Respond to telephone and email enquiries
* Provide customers with updates on invoice delivery queries and liaise with third parties to ensure timely delivery
* Issue refunds and returns with accuracy
* Liaise with logistic providers to ensure smooth shipping and transport processes
* Respond to and monitor customer feedback
* Support with all other adhoc administration
Key Criteria
* Experience in a fast-paced customer service environment (essential)
* Exceptional attention to detail
* High proficiency in IT packages and competent user of Excel
* Ability to work well under pressure and working towards tight deadlines
* Proven background in providing impeccable customer support
