Lisa Wright Recruitment is seeking an Experienced Engineer / Electrician for a reputable technical solutions company based in Peterborough. This role involves managing projects across diverse environments, including factories, offices, and schools, with some evening, weekend work, and overnight stays.

Experienced Engineer / Electrician duties include:
- Project Management: Conduct site surveys, manage projects from start to finish, and ensure all health and safety standards are met.
- Technical Expertise: Perform installation, testing, and fault-finding on electrical systems, including electrical condition reporting and containment installations.
- Team Support: Mentor junior engineers and apprentices, oversee installs/moves/changes (IMACs), and provide technical support.
- Equipment Maintenance: Safely operate testing and lifting equipment, monitor and report on equipment conditions.

Qualifications
- AM2 Certification
- 18th Edition Electrical Qualification
- Electrical 2391 Test & Inspect Qualification (desirable)
- Experience in Solar PV & Battery Storage (desirable)

This role offers a base salary of £30,000-£35,000, with the potential to earn £50,000-£55,000 annually through travel and overtime pay. It’s an excellent opportunity for skilled engineers who thrive in dynamic, hands-on positions.
