A principle contractor with a rapidly growing reputation for delivering complex and challenging projects in the UK will be a looking to appoint a new Senior Project Manager.

As part of their growing and collaborative growth strategy with their long term partners, they will be embarking on an exciting £25m refurbishment of a former retail building in to an ambitious 150 bed hotel in the heart of a West Midlands town.

Leading a strong a site team, which will include a Project Manager and several construction managers you will provided with the relevant support to deliver this scheme in late 2026.

The company will appeal to you if you are interested in a variety of refurbishment and new build projects within hotel, retail and commercial sectors.

In your role, as Senior Project Manager you will have complete autonomy to deliver successfully on quality, cost, time and safety:

Experience and Attributes:

• A minimum of 15 years' experience as a Senior Project Manager / Project Manager with an established Tier 1 or Tier 2 contractor.
• Successfully led refurbishment of between £20m - £30m from start to completion.
• Conversant with either Asta or Microsoft Project.
• Client-facing.
• A trade or academic background would be welcome.
