Exciting nationwide Site Manager opportunity for a leading tier 1 construction and fit out company.

About the role of Site Manager:

Working on commercial nationwide fit out projects valued around £10 million, with a focus on CAT A & CAT B for schools, offices and health care.

Responsibilities for Site Manager:

Acting as No.1 on site reporting to an Operations Director
Running the project from start to finish
Day to day Client interaction
Communication with sub contractors Requirements for Site Manager:

Experience working at a Tier 1 or Tier 2 main contractor
Experience working as a Project Manager on projects valued up to £10 million
CAT A and CAT B experience
Commercial fit out experience for schools or health care What we offer for Site Manager:
