What You'll Do:

Provide one-on-one or small group support to students with special educational needs (SEN), ensuring they thrive academically and socially.
Work closely with our talented teachers to design and deliver personalized learning activities.

Create a Positive Environment: Help manage classroom dynamics to foster a safe and encouraging learning atmosphere.
Assist with personal care needs of pupils as required, promoting independence and confidence.What We're Looking For:

Previous experience as a Learning Support Assistant or in a similar role is a plus.
Knowledge of special educational needs and effective support strategies.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills to connect with students, parents, and colleagues.
