Salary: £26,000 - £29,000

Plus 20% Commission

Responsibilities:

· Work collaboratively in a Sales Coordination team to process orders.

· Proactively follow up on customer quotes and orders.

· Provide outstanding customer service to enhance customer retention.

· Conduct business-to-business calls to customers who have requested quotes.

· Actively engage with your team and contribute to a positive work environment.

· Confidently handle phone calls and communicate effectively with customers.

· Efficiently process orders using the company's internal system.

Additional Job Details:

· Office-based role in Tamworth.

· Working hours: Monday to Friday.

· Holidays: 24 days + Bank Holidays.
