Job Title: Senior Planner

Type: Permanent - Hybrid/Remote (dependant on project timescale)

Location: Northern Thames Valley

Project Scope: Non-Infrastructure Waste

Key Responsibilities

Drive the planning and execution of all program and project control deliverables for a portfolio of works, ensuring compliance with IChemE contract conditions
Proficient in developing target cost programs for large-scale construction projects.
Assess resource loading and manage schedule resources within a Primavera P6 environment to support project management decisions on work sequencing.
Assess supply chain and subcontractor programme submissions.
Analyse contract metrics, making improvement recommendations
Establish and maintain internal and external project controls reportingEssential Requirements

Must have UK, NEC / IChemE contract based Planning experience - ideally civils/MEICA background
Proven experience with taking major construction project through to completion - preferably in the water industry
Must be confident and have experience of managing a planning team
Extensive experience and in-depth understanding of programming techniques.
Strong competency of using Primavera P6
The ability to work to defined, often challenging, timescales
