We are seeking a dedicated Commercial Parts Advisor to join our clients thriving team!

Key Responsibilities:

* Customer Service: Provide exceptional support to customers, both in-person and over the phone, regarding parts inquiries and orders.

* Parts Management: Assist in managing and maintaining inventory levels, ensuring parts are correctly stocked and available.

* Order Processing: Efficiently process customer orders, ensuring accuracy and timely delivery.

* Technical Assistance: Offer technical advice and support to customers, helping them find the right parts for their needs.

* Sales: Identify opportunities to upsell and promote additional products and services to customers.

Requirements:

* Proven experience in a parts advisory role, preferably within the commercial automotive industry.

* Strong customer service and communication skills.

* Good technical knowledge of automotive parts.

* Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

Work Schedule:

* Monday to Friday: 8am – 6pm

* Saturday Morning 1in2 – paid overtime
