Sunderland/Onsite

Day-to-day:

Supporting a variety of clients onsite with reactive support as well as project work
Supporting clients through remote support
Assisting the service desk and getting to work on interesting tickets
Consulting the varied client base on systems upgrades
Providing high-quality support on desktops, servers, and cloud platformsTech Stack:
