We are pleased to be assisting our long-standing client as they seek an experienced Trade Mark Paralegal. This is a fantastic time to join them and take the next step in your career within a leading firm that is continuing to grow.

Your duties in this role with involve, but are not limited to;

* Preparing and filing trade mark applications

* Handling assignments, which is a large part of this role

* Corresponding with clients and managing queries relating to IP

* Liaising with the attorneys both locally and internationally

* Remaining up-to-date on client details and updating internal systems accordingly

* Many other ad hoc duties

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role handling trade mark tasks, those with assignments experience will be looked upon favourably. As well as this, candidates should be comfortable working autonomously and as part of a team. The CITMA qualification is essential.
