The Role:
As a Repairs Coordinator, you will play a vital role in ensuring our clients receive exceptional service while supporting the operational success of our Insurance Reinstatement Division. Key responsibilities include:
Service Delivery:

Be the first point of contact for all work instructions, ensuring they are handled efficiently and professionally.
*
Manage tasks in line with client-specific SLA's and KPI's.
*
Ensure all task alarms are actioned daily, with any shortfalls identified and addressed promptly.
Sales Support:
*
Assist the team in achieving sales targets by ensuring all orders are proactively actioned and followed through to completion.
*
Proven experience in working to targets and achieving them is desirable.
Project Management:
*
Manage directly employed staff and service partners, ensuring they are coordinated and productive to deliver successful outcomes.
Health & Safety:
*
Promote a culture of safe working practices in both the office and for field-based engineers.
Essential Skills & Experience:
✅ Insurance Reinstatement Knowledge - Ideally, you will have experience or an understanding of insurance reinstatement processes.
✅ Proven experience delivering excellent customer service in a similar role.
✅ Strong communication skills - able to engage with clients, understand their requirements, and meet their needs efficiently.
✅ Effective problem-solving and organisational skills.
✅ Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently.
✅ Self-motivated with the ability to use initiative.
✅ Strong IT skills and experience using job management systems.
