Site Manager – Residential – Main Contractor

Our client is a long established main contractor, operating across a range of projects, including: high end residential, commercial, hotels, care homes, student accommodation, retail and mixed use.

They’re currently looking to recruit a Site Manager to join their team on a new build residential project in the Cambridge area.

Duties will include overseeing all areas of day to day site activity through to completion.

Their ideal candidates will already possess:

* A minimum of 10 years industry experience.

* Medium to large scale residential project experience with main contractors.

* A trades background - ideally.

* Relevant industry qualifications

This position can be offered on a permanent or contract basis. Salary / rates are negotiable on experience.
