Hays are working with a well-established Civils contractor to find a highly experienced Civils Site Agent / Project Manager to oversee a section of their project in the Chester area. This role requires extensive construction management experience with a heavy civils background, and is a long term freelance position outside IR35.

As Site Agent, you are:

Maintaining H&S and RAMS on site
Acting for the Principal Contractor, you are responsible for coordinating and maintaining Subcontractor packages
Coordination for planning
Programming works
Liaising with the Client
Managing commercial costs
Operating in a highly restricted and regulated environment
What you'll need to succeed

Extensive heavy civils experience is essential
Tier 1 or principal contractor experience is essential
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid are required
Previous positions at a Project Manager level are essential
Previous RC Frame experience is essential
Previous large-scale industrial civil experience is desirable
UK based experience
