TEAM LEADER F/T - 35 hrs p.w. temp to perm,O/t - available, when on offer

**Full time and part time available**

Location: Southampton and surrounding areas.

Hours of work: 5/6 days a week - covering on a flexible rota basis : daytime / evenings /every other weekend OR a Saturday or Sunday, tbc.

Salary: £22,204 p.a - (subject to experience) rising when company grows and you have gained experience. Over time will be available.

Team Leader - What we are looking for

Due to ongoing expansion our Mobile Cleaning team are looking for another Mobile Team Leader. We want you with our team to make the venues - Sparkle.

Team Leader - What you'll be doing

Becoming a member of the cleaning team you will be responsible for maintaining a high standard of cleanliness in all areas you are responsible for, on a consistent basis.You will be hands on. You will also be responsible to cover staff holidays and sickness.

Cleaner - Skills, experience and qualities you'll need

Full training will be provided - if required, but you MUST:

* Be comfortable working to deadlines as part of a busy Team

* Have a great eye for detail.

* You must be conscientious, reliable and be able to fit into our current team.

* Car owner and drivers licence.

* Be FLEXIBLE with hours.

* To pass an Enhanced DBS

Any previous cleaning experience is a plus, but not essential.
