Job Title: Mechanical Fitter/Assembly Fitter
Location: Warwick
Hours: 37 hours per week (Mon-Thurs, 07:00-16:30, Fridays off!)
Pay: £16.63 per hour

Optimise By Recruitment is assisting our client in their search for two Mechanical Fitters for a permanent position to join their production team in Warwick. The ideal candidates will have strong expertise in mechanical systems, ensuring they can effectively contribute to the team and maintain high operational standards.

Key Responsibilities:

* Perform mechanical work on assembly lines using various hand and power tools

* Carry out inspections and ensure vehicles are completed to high standards

* Read and work from engineering drawings

* Work to agreed timescales, ensuring safe and efficient practices

Skills & Experience:

* Strong understanding of production processes

* Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings

* Experience in mechanical fitting

* Problem-solving skills

Willingness to multi-skill and work in confined spaces
