ACR Recruitment & Training LTD are seeking a confident and dedicated Nursery Practitioner Level 2 or 3 to join our successful team, working in childcare settings throughout Rugby. This role is pivotal in providing high-quality care and education to young children in a safe, stimulating, and nurturing environment.Responsibilities

Delivering engaging and age-appropriate activities in line with the EYFS framework.
Ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all children.
Supporting the learning and development of each child, tailoring activities to their needs.
Building strong relationships with children, parents, and staff.
Following safeguarding policies and maintaining confidentiality.
Requirements

Qualifications: Level 2 or Level 3 in Childcare (required).
Experience: Minimum of 1 year in a UK-based nursery or childcare setting (required).
Knowledge of the EYFS framework.
Clean DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) check (required).
2 references (one must be from your last employer).
Education: GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
Licence/Certification: Driving Licence (preferred).
Working Hours

Nursery opening times: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM.
Monday to Friday schedule, with flexitime available.
