Key Responsibilities as Warehouse Operative:

Picking and sorting products within the warehouse.
Loading and unloading goods safely and efficiently.
Ensuring accurate stock movement and inventory control.
Keeping the warehouse clean, organized, and following health & safety standards.
Working effectively as part of a team to meet operational targets.

Requirements as Warehouse Operative:

Previous warehouse experience is beneficial but not essential.
Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and teamwork skills.
Flexibility to work 4 on 4 off rota shifts.
