First People Solutions is recruiting on behalf of a leading construction company for a Contracts Manager to oversee various housing and commercial projects across the Central Belt of Scotland.

Role Overview:

Position: Contracts Manager
Location: Central Belt of Scotland
Project Value: £5m - £18mKey Responsibilities:

Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and budget-compliant delivery.
Oversee programme planning, procurement, and material reconciliation.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, commercial policies, and HSE standards.
Lead site management teams, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
Chair internal and external meetings, ensuring clear communication and accurate record-keeping.Required Experience & Skills:

Proven experience managing £5m - £18m projects
Proficiency in ASTA/Power Project Software.
Strong commercial awareness and up-to-date knowledge of building and HSE legislation.
Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
