Salary: c£65k-£70k basic plus competitive package inc car or allowance, travel/mileage, health, pension, bonus etc.

Company & Project: A Top 50 Main Contractor with an excellent reputation for building flagship projects across London are seeking to recruit a Site Manager for a new c£50m+ Healthcare project in West London.

This position is for the Site Manager to take the lead on the Roofing and Facade packages for the project, including involvement at sub-contractor procurement stage and through to delivery and completion.

Duties & Responsibilities: The successful candidate will take responsibility for managing and coordinating all site management functions for external façade activities and roofing packages, in respect of Health and Safety, Quality and Programme.

​​You will be expected to work closely with the commercial team on site, taking responsibility for discussing procurement and variations, should they arise and ensuring a collaborative team working dynamic on site.

Previous experience in managing Roofing or Facade packages will be advantageous along with experience working at design stages, including putting toegher scope of works for sub-contract tenders.

Desirable Experience:

Previously held a Site Manager position with a Top 100 Main Contractor.
Excellent knowledge of UK building regulations including H&S laws and their application.
Experienced in delivering Construction packages - including Facade and Roofing.
Good people management skills, experience in leading teams of c10 staff, including technical knowledge of short term programming and construction methodology.
Previous Roles: Assistant Project Manager OR Construction Manager OR Assistant Site Manager OR Site Manager.

Qualifications & Skills: Degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management or comparable qualification.
