Project Worker
Location: Cambridge, CB5
Salary: £10,784 - £11,828 (£26,600 - £29,175 FTE)
Hours: 15 hours per week (Flexible, Monday to Friday)

Join our dedicated team and contribute to the transformational journey of individuals in our supported housing service.

Key Responsibilities:

* Collaborate with a small, dynamic team based in our city centre office.

* Provide vital support to residents in our accommodation, guiding them through the homelessness pathway.

* Engage in tasks such as liaising with other agencies, conducting 1-to-1 support sessions, and assisting residents in developing essential skills for independence.
