We are looking for a skilled and experienced Chef de Partie with a valid DBS check to join our team in Nottingham. This is a full-time role, working Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, preparing high-quality meals in a professional kitchen environment.

Pay Rate: Competitive, based on experienceResponsibilities:
Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes within your section.
Assist in menu planning and ensuring dishes meet dietary and nutritional requirements.
Maintain food safety, hygiene, and health regulations at all times.
Support the Head Chef and Sous Chef with daily kitchen operations.
Manage stock levels and ensure efficient use of ingredients.
Train and mentor junior kitchen staff when necessary.
Keep workstations and kitchen equipment clean and well-maintained.Requirements:
A valid DBS certificate (essential due to the nature of the role).
Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Chef de Partie in a professional kitchen.
Strong knowledge of food hygiene and safety regulations.
Ability to work well under pressure and meet service deadlines.
