SERVICE ADVISOR
Salary - up to £30.000 depending on experience
Working Hours - Monday to Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm / 1 in 4 Saturdays 8:00am to 1:00pm (Paid at time and a half)
Location - Highbridge
Our client, the first dedicated Truck Sales and Truck & Van Aftersales dealer in the South West requires an experienced Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor for their established depot.
Responsibilities of a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor:
·Greeting the customer, accepting and checking the vehicle and clarifying the customers expectations from the visit, completing the customer journey in full on every visit
·Monitoring the repair process and keeping all customers informed and obtaining their approval
·Reviewing the diagnosis of the vehicle and delivering service advise to the customer in relation to the definition of the scope of repair required
·Writing orders for repair work
·Up selling after sales services
·Ensuring workshop is working to 100% productivity by scheduling customer orders
·To provide the customer with solutions as well as an estimate on the time and costs involved
·Communicating and coordinating the pick up time and date, method and location with the customer
Skills and Qualifications of a Commercial Vehicle Service Advisor / Service Advisor / Customer Service Advisor:
·Excellent communication skills
·Second to none Customer Service skills
·Enthusiasm and is hard working
·Self-motivated and a team player
·Previous Technical / Mechanical background would be a clear advantage
·Motor trade experience is essential
