What are we looking for?

We’re looking for a HR Support/HR Administrator to be a key player in the HR team for one of our key clients. This role will be supporting managers, employees, and business operations. In this role, you’ll handle everything from managing HR systems and ensuring compliance to assisting with recruitment, employee relations, and onboarding.

This is more than just an admin role—it’s an opportunity for the HR Administrator to make a real impact. You’ll take ownership of key processes, support decision-making and help shape the employee experience.

They’re looking to pay c£30,000 with slight flex for someone exceptional.

About you…

You will ideally have at least 1 to 2 years food industry experience in a similar role with a CIPD qualification (Level 3 or above) or working towards.

This is an extremely fast paced environment where you will be expected to jump straight into action.

We’re looking to speak to HR Administrators, HR Assistants, HR Coordinators within the Shrewsbury, Telford, Birmingham, Stafford and Wolverhampton areas.
