Principal People are delighted to be working with a Northern based Education Trust to recruit for an Interim Health and Safety Advisor to join them on a 3-4 month contract.
This hybrid role will be split between homeworking and covering multiple locations from the North West to Yorkshire and is to pay the successful candidate a day rate of £(Apply online only)/day.
The organisation we are partnering with are a collaborative and forward-thinking education organisation who are looking for a well experienced health and safety professional with experience within the education sector to be able to hit the ground running.
This is a great opportunity for someone looking to use their wealth of health and safety knowledge to really make a positive impact and the role will be to undertake curriculum risk assessments across the schools within the trust, assist in any accident investigation, dealing with RIDDORS, support with the creation and implementation of health and safety procedures, undertake inspections/audits across a multisite portfolio, assist in providing overall H&S advice across the organisation amongst a range of other relevant duties .
The ideal Interim Health and Safety Advisor will have the following:
NEBOSH General Certificate minimum
Hold health and safety experience working within the education sector
Be available at short notice for this 3-4 month requirement
