gap healthcare is recruiting for an experienced Registered Manager to oversee and lead a domiciliary care service. This is a fantastic opportunity to be part of a reputable provider committed to delivering outstanding care to individuals in their own homes.
As the Registered Manager, you will be responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care service. You will ensure compliance with CQC regulations, maintain high-quality care standards and lead a team of dedicated care professionals to support the clients effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and internal policies
Conduct audits, inspections, and quality checks
Implement continuous improvement plans for service delivery
Lead recruitment, training, and development of care staff
Manage staff performance through supervisions and appraisals
Oversee care and risk assessments, ensuring person-centred planning
Address safeguarding concerns and complaints as per company policies
Identify opportunities to expand services and improve client satisfaction
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, families, and professionals
Requirements:
Minimum 2 years’ experience in a similar role within domiciliary care
Proven CQC registration history with strong compliance
Must be a driver with access to a vehicle
Excellent leadership, communication, and organisational skills
Passion for delivering person-centred care
