If you are a proactive and customer-focused Property Manager with a keen eye for detail, this is the perfect opportunity for you. 

Manage and maintain a diverse portfolio of approximately 180 properties
Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong client relationships
Oversee property maintenance renewals, deposits, legal matters, re-lets, portfolio income and portfolio growth, whilst ensuring all SLAs are met.  Preferred Requirements:

Experience in a full 360 Property Manager role
Experience of serving S21, S8, S13, S47/48
ARLA qualification, or working towards
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Proven ability to multitask and prioritise responsibilities
