The role

Business development calls and client meetings – you will build your own client base by following cold and warm leads.
Candidate marketing – you will source, screen, and engage with candidates, scheduling them in for interviews with clients.
Building strong relationships with clients and candidates to build your credibility and trust.
Developing your personal brand on LinkedIn to be recognised by clients as a trusted advisor.
Working to achieve both financial and KPI targets.
