Internal Communications and Engagement Manager – London (Hybrid) – Up to £60,000 + 25% Bonus

Are you a dynamic internal communications professional looking for a new challenge? Our client, a leading Retirement Village Group, is seeking an Internal Communications and Engagement Manager to join their People Team in their London Victoria office.

About the Role

This role is pivotal in shaping and delivering internal communications, employee engagement, and change communication strategies. Working closely with senior stakeholders, you will lead key engagement initiatives, including the annual employee engagement survey and Values Rewards Scheme, ensuring alignment with the company’s Employee Value Proposition.

You will be responsible for creating innovative and engaging internal communication campaigns across multiple locations, brands, and functions. Collaboration with the marketing team will be crucial to ensure consistency in messaging and tone across all channels.

Key Responsibilities

Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company’s strategic agenda and objectives

Provide guidance, tools, and support to managers and senior leadership

*

Lead the internal engagement survey and translate insights into actionable strategies

*

Support employees in adapting to new ways of working to drive business success

*

Design and execute multi-channel internal communication campaigns

*

Organise and oversee social events, including monthly team gatherings, Christmas and summer parties

*

Analyse audience engagement and optimise communication channels accordingly

*

Oversee the internal intranet, ensuring it remains a valuable and engaging resource

*

Support digital transformation initiatives using Microsoft 365 tools (SharePoint, Viva Engage, MS Teams, etc.)
