Fantastic opportunity for an Analytical Scientist to join a top-tier pharmaceutical business supporting cutting edge pharmaceutical research and development.

As an experienced Analytical Scientist, you’ll be responsible for performing routine and non-routine analysis, focused on oral drug products and new modalities, using a range of modern and traditional analytical techniques including HPLC, Karl Fischer and Dissolution. You will also be responsible for reviewing analytical data, developing and validating methods and mentoring junior colleagues.

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

* Degree in Chemistry (or closely related subject)

* Experience with relevant analytical techniques (HPLC, Karl Fischer, Dissolution, Mass Spectrometry)

* Skilled in method development and method validation

* Experience with Peptides

* Exposure to cGMP regulations

* Knowledge of troubleshooting analytical methodology is an advantage

* Strong communication and organisation skills
