Job Title: Customer Service Admin
Location: St. Pauls
Remuneration: £13 per hour
Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am - 5pm
Contract Details: Temporary, 1 month - with possibility of extension
If you are a highly motivated and detail-oriented individual with a passion for customer service and administration, our client's team has a temporary opportunity for you. As a Customer Service Admin, you will play a crucial role in supporting the department's administrative needs.
Responsibilities:
Support our client with administrative tasks
Take ownership of booking trips and events
Assist in rebooking and rearranging trips and events as needed
Effectively communicate changes to events and handle potential hostility with professionalism
Follow up on calls and correspondence in writing, ensuring accuracy and attention to detail
Maintain thorough records of all interactions and information discussed
Collaborate with the team to log important details and updates
Provide general admin support, which may include handling spreadsheets, filing, copying, and scanning
Possibility of extension to assist with other admin duties, such as data entry and other administrative tasksExperience/skill set required:
Previous experience in both administration and customer service roles
Ability to handle pushback and manage feedback from individuals in a professional manner
Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
