We’re looking for a trustworthy & driven Quality Assurance Officer join a fantastic team!

As a Quality Assurance Officer your responsibilities will include:

* Completing day-to-day running of the Quality & HACCP checks

* Ensuring all products sent to customers are safe, legal, good quality

* Verifying metal detection checks, ensure detectors are set to correct sensitivities

* Conducting calibration checks of key equipment according to schedule

* Performing weight & product quality checks at each stage/on finished product

* Completing risk assessments - informing maintenance of corrective actions

We are looking for a Quality Assurance Officer who has the following skills and experiences:

* Previous experience as a Quality Assurance Officer within a manufacturing setting

* Experience working in a factory environment

* Food environment or pharma experience is desirable

* Previous experience working shift patterns is helpful & happy to work nights/weekends

* Strong communication and relationship building skills

* Preferably someone with a QA background (not a lab background)
